About UsTydfil Training Consortium Limited was founded in 1987 and incorporated as a limited company and Registered Charity in 1990. We deliver a wide range of programmes under contract to DfES and JCP for unemployed individuals who require support and training to secure employment. Tydfil Training prides itself on creating a supportive and safe environment for both staff and participants, working with people to give more, offering equal opportunities for all. In 2015, Tydfil Training became partners within a consortia of like-minded training providers, colleges, voluntary sector organisations and employers to form B-wbl, formerly Skills Academy Wales (South West). The consortia of 10 now delivers a wide range of Work Based Learning opportunities throughout South and Mid Wales through its contract with the Welsh Government. As a result of this partnership, participants are offered a wide range of purposeful training and work experience opportunities which support them into sustainable employment.
